WHAT is the Polar Plunge?

• The Polar Plunge is the Northern Lights delegation’s largest fundraiser. Funds raised go toward facility rental, uniforms, and equipment. Without these funds, athlete costs would be considerably higher.

HOW can I get involved? 

• You don’t have to jump to help out! Funds can be raised even if you are not able to take the jump into the chilly water. You can join the jumpers and throw the chicken, or add to plunge participants’ fundraising pages, or create your own fundraising page without jumping.
• Fundraising efforts are underway now. Go to the our plung site:  13NLI.Northern Lights Here you can make a donation, log into your account or create an account to support the effort.
• We will meet before the jump at Broadway Pizza, Blaine (10:30 – 11:30am) for the prejump gathering.  Buses will be available to/from the Lakeside Commons Park jump site from Broadway. Bus Timing TBD.
• All Northern Lights delegation athletes and their caregivers are invited to the NORTHERN LIGHTS FAMILY SOCIAL after the jump at Broadway Pizza, Blaine. (2:00 – 5:00pm). Jumpers+1 are covered by the delegation. Other guests welcome @ $10 each. More details to come.
